Special Sets Are Stacked in Catalogue Order and Shipped Inside a Protective Case MINT NEVER HINGED ROTARY PRESS PERF. 10 PAIRS SET OF 2 2018 BROOKMAN CATALOGUE VALUE IS $3.70 – $4.80 The Auction: This is a BASIC set of 2 pairs (4 stamps) FVF and MNH. It contains regular issue coils from 1962 to 1963 rate period. The definitives are catalogue numbers 1225 for the 1c, and 1229 for the 5c. This is a basic set and tagging will be our choice of either type. The Rotary Press coils are perf. 10 vert. Regular Issues were the definitive workhorse of the era. The 5c Washington stamps paid the new Jan. 1963 rate change to 5 cents per oz. The penny Jackson stamps were used as make up rate with leftover 4c stamps from the earlier rate period.
