Several complete stories featuring The Eternals, including covers, will give a keen insight into the creative process of Jack Kirby, making this book a must-have for any fan of the artist, or any fan of the artform.An Artisan Edition collects stories, covers and pages that have been reproduced from the original art. While appearing to be in black and white, these images have been scanned in color, allowing the reader to view them as closely as possible to the original art. Ink gradients, blue pencil, corrections, and more are all clearly visible, all the wonderful subtle nuances that make original art so special and unique. The only way to better view these pages is if you were standing over the artist’s shoulder as they were drawn. Jack Kirby is widely recognized as one of the most influential and prolific creators in comics history. He created, or co-created, such enduring characters as Captain America, the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, the X-Men, the Hulk, the New Gods, and hundreds of others stretching back to the earliest days of the medium. This item is currently in a pre-order status. Release date approximately set for 2/25/2025. Books are VF/NM or better. All comics are new, never read, and come bagged and boarded. All comics are first printings, unless otherwise noted. Image shown for pre-orders are the images provided by the publisher at the time of solicitation if one was available. The actual cover may be different or slightly different, and is subject to change. If purchasing pre-orders from different weeks and wish to have the books shipped when they are released instead of one shipment, please purchase the books separately for each week. Regular sized graphic novels are $9.99 for Ground Advantage (each additional $5.00). Larger graphic novels are $11.99 ($6.00 each additional) with Omnibus editions being $14.99 (each additional $7.50). Priority Mail is $9.99 for the first comic book and 25 cents for each additional comic book to cover shipping supplies and postage. Regular sized graphic novels are $9.99 for Priority Mail (each additional $5.00). Larger graphic novels are $14.99 (each additional $7.50) with Omnibus editions being $19.99 (each additional $10.00). Media Mail is a $5.49 for the first comic and 25 cents per each additional comic. Regular sized graphic novels are $5.99 for Media Mail (each additional $2.00). Larger graphic novels are $7.99 (each additional $4.00) with Omnibus editions being $11.99 (each additional $6.00). All shipments of up to eight comic books are shipped in Gemini Mailers. Shipments of up to 20 books are shipped in Diamond T-Mailers. Orders of 20 or more comics are shipped in a box. Trade Paperbacks will ship in an appropriately sized mailer or box depending on the size of the book or books.
