ROUND (CIRCLE) 15mm NATURAL MDF BASES for Roleplay Miniatures Item Description Precision cut high quality 15mm round mdf bases for mounting your miniatures. These bases are available in thicknesses of 2.2mm & 3.2mm and are supplied in a convenient sprue (sheet) and simply need to be popped out when needed (and may need trimming slightly before use.) If you cannot see a base size, shape, or colour to suite your needs, please send us a message – we manufacture all our bases in our workshop and are constantly expanding our product portfolio. IMPORTANT: A note on thickness… While we offer many of our bases in different thicknesses, care should be taken to choose the thickness most suitable to your needs. In particular, our 1mm acrylic is very soft and only suitable for gaming bases up to approximately 20mm. In general, we recommend 2mm thickness as a starting point unless you have specific needs. Please see below for information regarding suitability for basing miniatures at each thickness. Our terrain is engineered from a number of materials specially selected for their ease of cutting, drilling, gluing and crafting. What’s more, we make all individual components available for purchase so our customers can design and build their own terrain kits exactly as they need. As with the UN Climate Change Initiative, we recognise the damage already caused and as such are already taking action to measure, reduce, and compensate greenhouse gas emissions generated by us and our supply chains. Environment In addition to our climate neutral commitment, we are also constantly reviewing our operation to minimise our direct impact on the environment. Some of the steps we have already taken include: Avoid use of product packaging where possible and when necessary, only use recycled materials and keep it to a minimum. Through careful selection, 95% of all our shipping packaging has already been recycled at least once, and is capable of being recycled again. Reduced the use of oil derived plastics with the aim to eliminate them altogether. All 3D printing uses PLA, a plant (starch) based polymer, which itself is biodegradable. Optimised our cutting processes to minimise waste material as much as possible. This process is ongoing and we will continue to work towards the following goals: Replace remainder of shipping packaging with green alternatives. Restrict all shipping to couriers who can demonstrate their commitment to sustainability. Achieve near 0% use of oil derived products† † In an ideal world, we would not use any oil derived products. However, we recognise at this time there are a number of technological limitations to achieve this, but we will still do everything we can to reduce oil derived products to an absolute minimum. Purchasing Payment We only accept payment through eBay for our eBay listings. Orders will not be considered paid for until payment is made in full and has been verified by our ordering system which normally takes 1-2 hours, but in rare circumstances, can take up to 24 hours to complete.
